Home prices continued to see increased prices as all 20 major metro markets reported month-over-month price increases for the third straight month, reports the Case-Shiller Home Price Index. In a departure from recent history, the Northeast continues to lead the way in home price increases with Chicago seeing the steepest increases, followed by Cleveland and New York City.
